  The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Temporary SLI Chinese Tutor on the Dahlonega campus. The Summer Language Institute (SLI) is an intensive, residential language program. The SLI covers the content of two semesters (1001 + 1002) of language learning in a 7-week period. Tutors are an integral part of the program; they work under the supervision of SLI faculty and in collaboration with the resident tutors to provide assistance to SLI students.

Georgia State University - Perimeter College

  GSU- Perimeter College is looking for a native speaker Chinese drill instructor on the Clarkston campus for the following hours:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 10:00 AM- 11:15 AM
There are chances for some additional hours throughout the semester. 
The position will start on January 9, but the drill instructor should be available for a few hours of paid training the week before.

The Department of Russian and East Asian Languages and Cultures (REALC) at Emory University invites applications for a temporary position in Chinese language for spring 2023. This is a one semester contract position and the appointee will teach 2 Chinese language courses. Applicants should have a minimum of an MA in Chinese language, linguistics, cultural studies, pedagogy, or a related area and possess native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin. Only applicants who are authorized or can obtain the necessary visa to work in the USA should apply. The employment starting date is Jan. 1st 2023.

The Department of Russian and East Asian Languages and Cultures (REALC) at Emory University in Atlanta, GA seeks an excellent scholar-teacher for a full-time position in Chinese language and culture at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor, to begin Fall 2023. This is a
three-year renewable position pending positive reviews. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Chinese linguistics, language pedagogy, literature, cultural studies, translation sWetudies, or related areas in hand by the time of appointment, and possess native or near-native proficiency in Chinese and English.
